When you’re in a rush and literally only have a moment to meditate, you can find a selection of eyes-open Short meditations on your Home screen. These practices aim to give you a glimpse of the awakened mindset you’re travelling towards, motivating you to to come back and continue the Path journey when you’ve got a little more time on your hands.
