Kodeon was founded by a team of seasoned executives, each with more than 20 years of experience in the mobile, game and technology industries. We have developed, scaled and operated more than 50 digital products spanning every major platform since we started working together in 2002.

We have built and commercialized three technology companies in a row, creating IPO value of more than $500M for our shareholders. Most recently, we co-founded and scaled PopReach, a successful mobile app and ad tech company that is now called Ionik (TSXV: INIK).
